Multiply by the age of the system in years

If the total is less than $5,000 go ahead and repair

If it’s greater than $5,000 replace with a new unit

Increased comfort – Did you know most modern systems can be “zoned?” It means you have custom temperature control in different parts of the house. Along with the increased efficiency, an A/C or furnace replacement will almost always make your home more comfortable.
