Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. They were everything I would expect from a a Heating and Cooling company (and what is often missing with other companies I have dealt with over the years.. It started with being timely. Molly, the technician who arrived, was professional, friendly and got right to work. She explained what she was going to do, then she did it, and finally, she explained what she had done. Kotz is now my go-to company for anything to do with Heating and Cooling. And I'll be asking for Molly on any future service calls.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Of dourse, our A/C system wouldn't misbehave while Christian was at our home to examine what concerned us but he couldn't have been more congenial.
