OXFORD, MI—Waterford, MI based Kotz Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is expanding its presence in Southeast Michigan. Kotz has purchased the assets of Oxford AirVac Plumbing & Heating.
The Kotz team calls the acquisition exciting news, “We have been wanting to expand our service area for a long time, and this is the perfect opportunity to better serve our clients—both existing and new.”
During this transition process Kotz will reach out to current Oxford customers to introduce them to the new company and let them know what they can expect. Nothing will change during the transition.
Dennis Greene decided it was time for retirement after owning and operating Oxford AirVac Plumbing & Heating for several decades. By choosing Kotz to take over their client list, he says he’s ensured a company that has a strong reputation within the industry and the community. Kotz has been serving the Waterford area since 1929.
