Kotz’s Red Carpet Maintenance members receive top priority—always. We guarantee that as a maintenance customer we will make every effort to service your needs on the very same day that you have an issue.
Kotz promises that you will not find a licensed contractor who can provide you with a comparable installation or work to be performed with the same written guarantees for less. If so, and your work has not begun yet, we will refund the difference plus give you an additional $250 for your trouble.*
*Comparison must be a published, “apples to apples” comparison listing all the company written guarantees. Requests must be in writing within 14 days of estimate provided prior to work being performed. Your request must include the original published comparison as stated above - showing the “apples to apples” comparison.

*Guarantee is on Kotz installed equipment only and must be maintained with our Red Carpet Maintenance Plan.
We go above industry standards by offering an exclusive 10-year parts, 5-year labor warranty, plus 5-year maintenance on new heating and cooling systems. We also offer a 1-year parts and labor warranty on HVAC replacement parts. New water heater and water softener installations have a 2-year labor warranty.
If a Kotz staff member is ever late for your scheduled appointment without advance notification to you, we will credit $25 to your account.
