Chris was professional in every aspect of the visit, explaining all of the details of the installation and equipment, as well as maintenance and life expectancy of the unit. He answered all my questions and gave the impression of being highly knowledgeable, putting me at ease. Highly recommend!

They were everything I would expect from a a Heating and Cooling company (and what is often missing with other companies I have dealt with over the years.. It started with being timely. Molly, the technician who arrived, was professional, friendly and got right to work. She explained what she was going to do, then she did it, and finally, she explained what she had done. Kotz is now my go-to company for anything to do with Heating and Cooling. And I'll be asking for Molly on any future service calls.

Brandon came back to fine tune the gas pressure in the furnace after the high pressure was fixed by Consumers. He explained the process and the steps needed. He was very happy with the gas pressure tuneup.

Christian did an excellent job diagnosing the issue with my boiler and completed the repair quickly once the part was available. Would definitely recommend Kotz for HVAC needs.

Of dourse, our A/C system wouldn't misbehave while Christian was at our home to examine what concerned us but he couldn't have been more congenial.
